Guide sales conversations from trust to mutual commitment.

The course introduces a consultative sales methodology grounded in SPIN Selling principles. It connects the way customers buy with the way salespeople support their decisions through five stages: Openness, Focus, Knowledge, Evaluation and Decision. Participants develop skills in trust-building, active listening, incisive questioning, benefit-led communication and feedback. They also learn to recognise buying signals and negotiate collaboratively towards a mutually beneficial commitment in B2B and B2C settings.

  • Building relationships - trust, listening, call planning and confident openings.
  • Identifying priorities - open and closed questions and a structured fact-to-priority approach.
  • Relating benefits - translating features into relevant benefits and reinforcing value through demonstrations.
  • Obtaining feedback - targeted questions, pauses, non-verbal signals and constructive responses to concerns.
  • Gaining commitment - buying signals, recap, confirmation, collaborative negotiation and closing approaches.
