Would you like to gain hands-on experience in international trade while still studying? Join the small and dynamic team of Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) in Prague and work on real projects connecting the Czech Republic and Flanders.
FIT is a government agency of the Flemish region of Belgium. We support Flemish companies entering the Czech market and help Czech companies expand to Belgium.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Head of Office on a daily basis
- Handle office administration and day-to-day operations
- Communicate with Czech and international companies
- Conduct company research and market analysis
- Assist with organizing trade missions and events
- Work with databases (data entry and validation)
- Manage emails and phone communication
Who we’re looking for:
- A student in the final stage of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a recent graduate (ideally in business / international relations)
- Native-level Czech and good command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
- Someone organized and reliable who can manage multiple tasks and stay flexible
- Comfortable communicating by phone and working with people
- Independent but also a team player (we are a small team of two)
- Basic user knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, etc.)

- Fixed-term part-time contract under a DPČ agreement, from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027
